Marshall of Cambridge appoints Group Chief Executive

Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd, the family‐owned private company headquartered in Cambridge has appointed Kathy Jenkins to be its new Group Chief Executive, the first non‐family Group Chief Executive in the near 112‐year history of the Company. Kathy also joins the main Holdings Board of Marshall as a director.

In her new role, Kathy Jenkins will have full executive responsibility for the core Marshall of Cambridge businesses, including Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, Marshall Group Properties, Marshall Fleet Solutions and Marshall Centre. She will also lead the development and implementation of the Group’s strategy into the future.

Kathy joined Marshall in 2017 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in the summer of 2019, since when she has exercised day‐to‐day operational control of the Group.

Kathy’s experience, working with her executive team will be central to delivering on the ambitious plans we have for Marshall.”
