Marshall continues to follow closely the advice being issued by Her Majesty’s Government and to adjust our business working practices to reflect the most up-to-date situation. Our primary focus remains to protect the health and well-being of our many highly skilled and valuable employees (and their families), whilst also protecting the business for the future and serving the needs of our many important customers.
Many Marshall employees are key workers as defined by the government, actively engaged in critical work in support of our customers and additional measures have been implemented to help protect these employees and their important work. In the meantime, further changes have been made to ensure all other employees are able to work remotely at home, in line with the government’s policy. Marshall is also proud to be working closely with customers and other partners on a number of initiatives to support the national effort against coronavirus.
Marshall is a unique private company committed to making a difference through providing support to its growing customer base. See the business activities across each of its business arms in the latest annual reports.
We continue to invest in our long-term future in areas of sustainable growth and opportunity. We seek to generate value for our business and our customers in all we do.
We seek to play an active role in Cambridge, working closely with stakeholders to support the community. We encourage and support our employees in a wide variety of fundraising and volunteering activities in their communities.
